At Jhanvi Creations, we are committed to delivering quality products and a smooth shopping experience. To ensure transparency and trust, please carefully read our policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

  • No cancellations are accepted once the order is confirmed and processed.
  • As most of our products are custom-made, handcrafted, or made-to-order, we begin production shortly after the order is received.
  • We encourage customers to review all order details carefully before placing the order, including measurements, colors, and customizations (if any).

2. Refunds and Return Conditions

We understand that issues can sometimes arise. While we do not accept cancellations or general returns, we do offer limited refunds or replacements under certain conditions, as outlined below.

Refund Eligibility:

A refund or replacement request will only be considered if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The buyer must provide a complete, uninterrupted video of the package being opened.
  • The video must start before the package is opened and clearly show the shipping label, unboxing process, and the product inside.
  • Videos that appear edited, start mid-way, or do not clearly show the issue will not be accepted.
  • The issue must be due to:
  • The wrong product being delivered.
  • The product being received in a damaged or unusable condition due to handling in transit.
  • The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Return the product to us:

  • If the issue is approved, the customer must return the item in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.
  • The return shipping is to be arranged and paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Refund or replacement will only be initiated after we receive and inspect the returned product.

3. What is NOT Covered

  • Minor variations in color, texture, design, or size due to lighting, screen display, or natural material characteristics.
  • Damage occurring after the package has been opened (e.g., mishandling, water damage, improper storage).
  • Products returned without the proper package-opening video.
  • Delay in delivery due to courier or logistic reasons beyond our control.

4. Decision Process

  • Once the video and claim are reviewed, we will determine whether a refund, replacement, or partial compensation is appropriate.
  • The decision of Jhanvi Creations will be final and binding.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original payment method.
